We help you find an apartment or a house based on customer requirements and budget:

• providing an initial selection/portfolio of potential deals for specific Customer's needs

• arranging appointments with Customer to make visual inspection of selected apartments/houses

• assistance in choosing the optimal location by pointing to weaknesses and strengths of the particular housing offer

• taking additional photos of visited housing and sending them by e-mail along with a short description (on request)

• negotiating the terms and conditions of the lease

• preparation of a leasing contract in Polish and English

• presence at the signing of the leasing agreement

- preparation and signing of a delivery-acceptance act

- handing the keys to Customer

- handling all the formalities associated with registration
